Graduated from University of Texas Pan American in 2017 with Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Completed UTRGV Physician assistant program, including rotating from Brownsville to Mission in several fields of medicine: family practice, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, emergency medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, psychiatry, and ICU.
I was born in Brownsville, Texas in 1989. A few years later, my family and I moved to Edinburg, TX. After high school I continued my education and I received a Bachelor degree in Clinical lab Science. After working in this field for a few years, I decided to go back to school to become a Physician Assistant.
I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies (science fiction, action, comedy, pretty much anything), going fishing, working on cars, biking, and spending time with my family and friends.
Why did I become a Physician Assistant?
I received a pretty extensive education in my undergraduate clinical laboratory science program, but wanted to work in a field that would allow me to use the knowledge I gained to help patients; so I read up on what being a physician assistant entails and decided to apply.
