COVID Vaccine Update:

Wal-Mart begins registration for COVID Vaccines across the state THIS FRIDAY 03/05/2021.
You can register online at http://walmart.com/COVIDvaccine and if you do not have a computer you can call your local pharmacy
and they can help you get registered! Our office still has yet to receive the Vaccine and we have no news on that front,
however, we encourage everyone to look for every opportunity to get the vaccine from other sources! Thank you all for your
continued patience and we hope to be able to update you all again soon.

We are continuing to require the use of masks, pre-entry screening and social distancing
for anyone entering our office. With Executive order GA-34, Governor Abbot removed the state
mask mandate and allowed businesses to reopen at 100% capacity. However, he also included that
“Nothing in this order precludes businesses…from requiring employees or customers to follow
additional hygiene measure, including the wearing of a face covering.” Therefore to ensure
the safety of our employees and our patients we will continue to enforce the use of face coverings
and all other safety measures that meet our requirements. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

For more information on the COVID-19 Vaccine please visit
